Yes, up to 20 analyses a month. If your agent is on Prelio, that cap goes away entirely. No credit card, no trial that runs out.
What happens after the first 25 realtor spots are gone?
New realtor accounts are $49/mo. Founding agents who joined free keep their access. We're not planning to change terms on people who already agreed to help us build this.
What do realtors get?
Reports with your name and brokerage on them instead of ours, weekly foreclosure alerts by ZIP, client invites and share links, and a way to message your clients directly inside Prelio, plus everything a buyer gets. 150 client deal briefs a month included. Why do realtors have to apply?
We check that you're a licensed agent before your name goes on a report a client will rely on. Most applications are approved within 24 hours.
What's expected of founding agents?
Regular feedback: bugs you hit, what's missing, what would actually make this useful in your day to day. We use that to decide what to build next, and it's the whole reason the founding tier is free. Deal outcomes are tracked automatically, there's nothing to log for that.
